Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a direct sales approach, canvassing promotional campaigns, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries..
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Process orders in an efficient manner
- Assist customers with questions and technical support
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Use sales principles and client complains efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- High attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in upselling techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers who may be multilingual or bilingual
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
