Customer Service Rep

Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for supporting customers with generation of parts quotes, order entry, and accounts receivable functions.

Essential Functions:

Supporting customers by creating parts quotes.

Entering orders from customers after receiving a purchase order.

Sending order acknowledgments to customers after receiving an order.

Collecting funds from customers after order shipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
