The Customer Service rep will establish relationships with customers by assisting with phone orders, understand the needs of the customer and learn buying habits and expectations; educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products; accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices; and will make follow up calls to existing customers and to solicit additional business.
Prior experience in distribution, warehousing and/or Customer Service is highly desired.Pool industry experience preferred.
