Customer Service Rep

Dairy King is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

· Data entry

· Escalating concerns and/or queries

· Troubleshooting issues with a product or service

· Provide estimated time of deliveries

· Notifying customer of any important information

· Working with the Sales team

· Routing

· Paperwork processing

Skills and Qualifications:

· Interpersonal and Customer Service skills

· Problem solving

· Capability of answering high volume of calls

· Time management skills

· Multitasking skills

· Organizational skills

· Attentiveness and patience

· Bilingual is a plus

Education Required:

· High school diploma and/or GED

Experience Requirements:

· 2 years or more years is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
