Bi-lingual Accounts Manager/ Customer Service

Hello! Interstate Batteries of Miami is looking for that perfect candidate to complete our extraordinary office team! We are currently looking for a Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) Customer Service & Accounts Manager. This position must be able to:

• Show excellent Customer Service & communication skills
• Will handle walk-in customers, inside sales, and create invoices
• Know in real-time what the warranty policies & procedures are for our varying product lines
• Update daily sales and generate reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Audit the commissions of the sales team on a daily basis
• Maintain the integrity of highly-sensitive and confidential information
• Be able to assist the rest of the office team sharing administrative duties (answering the phone, relaying customer requests to the sales team, providing quotes for customers, and more…)
• Must be of professional attitude and energetic. This is a fast-paced work environment and you are the face of the company to our customers
• Must be able to handle multi-line phone calls, e-mails, and drafts letters
• Must be an expert in MS Excel- no exceptions
• We are a growing business and your job description will change over time. We are searching for a person with a can do, will do attitude.

• Mandatory Requirements-
• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, both perfectly clear and fluent (spoken and written)
• Must have stable work history
• Must show significant experience in Customer Service
• Must be computer savvy
• Must be an expert in MS Excel (this position is heavy with FORMULAS that often need to be created on the spot to generate the reports needed), Word etc…
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check (clean criminal history is mandatory- no exceptions)
• Drug test is performed on prospect applicants before hire and may also be performed randomly during employment
• Must be highly organized, multi-task oriented, and be able to acquire new job skills with changing software technology

The schedule 8am-5pm M-F
