- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
