Customer Service Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services and ensure a seamless follow-up process, and ultimately book appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a keen ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement:
• Initiate timely and effective communication with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and other communication methods to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with leads by addressing their queries, providing information, and offering assistance as needed.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Product/Service Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, working collaboratively with internal teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service or sales support role is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.11 - $20.26 per hour
