Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services and ensure a seamless follow-up process, and ultimately book appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a keen ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement:
- Initiate timely and effective communication with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and other communication methods to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads by addressing their queries, providing information, and offering assistance as needed.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, working collaboratively with internal teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or sales support role is a plus.
