We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our campground store and reservations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Process store sales and rentals assuring guests accommodations are correct
- Work independently or with a team, completing daily tasks and cleaning
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Assist with weekend activities for our guests
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work in a camp store and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
