Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service in the beer distribution industry? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and become an integral part of our operations at [Company Name].

Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Interact effectively with retail accounts, management, sales representatives, and drivers.
• Order Management: Make and receive phone calls from retail accounts, assist with order entry, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, communication, and support to management and sales representatives for three MD Distributors.
• Account Management: Set up new retail accounts, update customer records and contact information, and communicate relevant information to management.
• Web Portal Assistance: Assist retailers with the initial setup of our web ordering portal and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current on product knowledge and share information with retail customers to enhance their experience.
• Route Settlement: Assist drivers with settling their routes at the end of the day, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of beer distribution industry is a plus.
