Customer Service / Operations Office Support - NO Retail

Customer Serviceor Operation Support Associate at Green Energy Mechanical, you will play a vital role in our phone Customer Service support team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to various chat platforms, occasionally dispatching service calls, and handling customer inquiries via phone. This position requires strong multitasking and organizational skills, the ability to manage various priorities, and the willingness to collaborate with a supportive team of coworkers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our customers. This is an office position (No in person Customer Service) If you have a background of working in a call center, it would be ideal as all of the work is on the phone assisting customers while gathering information from our computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering phone calls and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via chat platforms whatsapp and the CRM.
• Help with the overflow of service calls to technicians and coordinate their schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient operations and excellent Customer Service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Call Center and/or Office experience is required
• Proficiency with computers and essential software applications is required.
• Previous experience in HVAC office or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
