We are an established HVAC company in business for over 50 years. We want to hire a CSR who has great communication skills and has a team player mentality.
Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and maintaining relationships with a diverse base of customers. The ideal candidate will be able to use a wide range of interpersonal skills to serve our customers and proactively anticipate their needs. The Customer Service Representative will also assist our sales team in their efforts to gain new clients and assist them in any way possible.
Responsibilities:
- Correctly identify what customers need and how to solve their problems.
- Schedule incoming service calls to the CRM.
- Understand customer expectations and needs in order to exceed them.
- Communicate clearly with customers and effectively address their concerns.
- Understand the most effective way to handle customer issues.
- Be a team player who is able to work with people from all walks of life.
- Perform Customer Service related responsibilites such as making follow up calls and maling out thank you cards to customers.
