Customer Service Representative – Warehouse in Downtown Allentown

City Center Wholesale, LLC is a wholesaler of tobacco and candy products for convenience stores. CCW fulfills orders for pickup or delivery to customers both locally and the Mid-Atlantic region.

We are searching for highly motivated candidates who are able to work in a fast-paced environment providing top-notch customers service to our diversified customer base.

• Monday – Friday, NO WEEKENDS!

Job Requirements:

• Customer service and detail oriented
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Process customer orders account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies
• Answer/route incoming calls within a call queue to appropriate departments
• Team player providing assistance as need in other departments
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs
• Results driven
