We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager.
As a Customer Service Manager at C & H Equipment Rentals, LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Customer Service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department, handle customer inquiries and issues, and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
This is a virtual/remote position.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Implement and maintain Customer Service standards and processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor and analyze Customer Service performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Train and mentor Customer Service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Customer Service and implement innovative approaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in a Customer Service management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive improvements in Customer Service performance.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM software.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Prior experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is a plus.
