CleanCare is seeking an energetic Customer Relations Manager to manage all customers, drivers, and service functions within our territory. Customer Relations Managers are at the forefront of Customer Service, so the ability to build and maintain strong relationships is imperative. Superior Customer Service skills, excellent communication and attention to detail are required as well. The ability to lead, problem solve and manage a unionized workforce is also required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and maintain customer relationships
- Evaluate levels of service and address service gaps
- Ensure consistent and accurate communication within customer base and filter to management as appropriate
- Address all product issues with urgency
- Ensure consistent, reliable coverage of all routes within your district
- Lead and manage a unionized workforce
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
- Previous management experience required (union experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license (CDL is not required)
- Ability to successfully complete/pass required DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be detail oriented, demonstrate excellent organizational, planning, and management skills, and be able to manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + bonus and car allowance
