Customer Service & Light Administrative For Printing & Mailing

It is not necessary but if you have past experience in printing, promotional or mailing we encourage you to apply! We are looking for a communicator to talk with our customer base, handle inquiries, help assist in customer growth and be a positive energetic contact person. This person would also assist in Light Administrative tasks. We are a fast-paced, busy and profitable business providing mailing, printing, embroidery, screen printing, promotional items, graphic design and print marketing solutions. Duties include phones, in-person greeting, some administrative, initial quote requests and order preparation. Training will be provided but someone with past exposure to the printing or mailing industry would be and excellent fit. We are looking for a dedicated person who is looking for a place to call "the place I enjoy going to work at" not just "The place I work at". The job would be ideal for someone who manages their time well, is a good self-learner and understands the responsibilities of working with a small company and gets the team approach. Resourcefulness and the ability to add input as part of a team is a perfect skill set match. Team player attitude and the ability to work with other employees to solve problems and collaborate to meet company goals will be expected. The position is a full-time position. Compensation will be based on individual's experience with the opportunity to advance both in compensation and job responsibility. We are located in Framingham request candidates with less than 45 minute commute.
