Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Serviced Lead (ECommerce)
In this role,, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service operations and ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective assistance. Your primary duties will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Processing any and all orders including replacements and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the warehouse and all other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Informing customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and additional information
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency by reviewing orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Leadership role, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Familiar with Order fulfillment processing, reporting and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
