These Customer Service jobs require a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience. Candidates must also have knowledge of Microsoft Office and be PC literate, be able to multi-task and possess attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality. Additionally, they must have the ability to read, write, and speak English, and effectively communicate via phone, e-mail, and paper correspondence. As a Customer Service Representative, you will make outbound calls, respond, and document in a case management system and in Excel, the details regarding the test administration and AP testing materials. You will also respond to basic routine customer inquiries via e-mail and phone, using scripted responses and templates.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
