Customer Service Intake Specialist

Job Overview:
The Client Solutions Coordinator is the focal point of our customer experience. This person will be accountable for multiple facets of our business to include: answering inbound calls, working with customer acquisition by facilitating quotes for new service, resolving customer issues and taking ownership of our daily schedule and routing for our crews. A successful candidate for this position will thrive in a fast paced environment without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Drive customer retention and loyalty by answering inbound calls and developing resolutions to each unique issue.
Complete ownership of our daily and monthly job schedule
Responsible for improvement of assigned key performance indicators
Drives new customer acquisition by delivering quick and accurate quotes for new service
Effectively communicate issues in accordance with company policy and procedures
Other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

5+ years of Customer Service or scheduling experience in a high volume environment
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Suite
5+ years of experience with scheduling and or routing
Must have a passion for finding solutions to complex problems
Must have a natural customer centric mindset with a keen eye for detail
Must have a willingness to find a way to WIN everyday.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
