Commercial Food Systems, Inc. is currently looking for an Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative.
We are a food distributor specializing in school snack items that meet or exceed the National School Food nutrition requirements.
Job duties include: Taking orders from customers by phone, entering customer orders, filing documents, data entry, and general office procedures.
Job Requirements include:
Speak, Write, and have a good understanding of English Language
Effective communication skills (in person, electronically, and during phone calls)
Basic Math and Logic skills
Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a PC environment
High School Diploma or commensurate
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on skills, understanding and work history.
This is a fluid M-F 8am – 5pm position with overtime as needed (times can be adjusted based on our or your needs) consisting of two 15 minute paid breaks per day and up to 1 hour unpaid lunch. There are 7 paid holidays per year. Most employees average 40-45 hours per week during the active school year. We offer medical insurance and a 401k retirement plan.
Since our customer base is schools, this position adheres to the school year calendar with slower or down time during times when schools are out. (Fall, Christmas, Spring, and Summer breaks).
