- Discuss Rohrer services to customers by telephone or in person, take or enter orders, and enter details about customer complaints in Notes.
- Enter sample request in Notes
- Send proofs and samples out for approval.
- Enter specs for approved items and archive artwork.
- Match P.O prices and items to art/rerun items.
- Enter dollar value to bookings log.
- Enter ship date request
- Attend production meeting to track jobs.
- Review and share information for processing customers’ requirements with Customer Service I & III.
- Data entry of print order information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three to Five years’ experience in related field (printing or thermoforming preferred)
- MUST be able to successfully pass a background and drug screen
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and vendors regarding printing orders
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of OMS system is helpful
- Good computer skills, including fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership attributes
- Strong attention to detail to thoroughly complete work tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-train with POD team members
- Knowledge of paperboard and/or thermoforming firm preferred
- Customer service experience
- Capable of working with and communicating with different personality types
- Capable of actively listening and comprehending to convey information effectively
