Glova Link is a family owned Trucking company that has been in business for 20 years. We are currently looking for the right individual to assist with our Email Desk. Located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We want you to come and give it a try if experienced!
Salary: $40K - $60K or BOE!!
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of emails
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through Emails
- Follow Up with customers through email
- Handle customer complaints on email
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Customer service team call handling quotas & Tickets (Emails)
Skills
- Customer support experience or experience as a CSR
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Communication with co-workers
