Job description
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues working with a wide range of non-profits, charities and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries. They will be have creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives during meetings and workshops.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights
Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding and advertising
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
Hours of operation for our business is 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Full time and part time opportunities available.
We are not hiring for evenings, nights or weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $800.00 per week
