Good Life Pest Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join its rapidly expanding team. This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as the face of Good Life Pest to our customers and will strive to provide superior service through various mediums.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Customer Service Coordinator position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 to $25 per hour. In addition to financial compensation, the position comes with benefits such as a 401K, health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Customer Service to current and potential clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage phone, email, online accounts, and chat lines to ensure customer requests are promptly and accurately responded to
• Investigate customer complaints, engaging other team members to address issues quickly and communicate solutions to clients
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable and positive experience interacting with TevisHR
• Update and maintain complete and accurate records of Customer Service transactions
• Assist customers in navigating the website and product offerings, recommending best solutions and services
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Good Life Pest's products and services
• Assist in developing Customer Service protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years Customer Service experience
• Exceptional ability to communicate via multi-line phone, email and other digital platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently or with a team
Bookkeeping experience a plus
