Career Details - Customer Service Representative
The CSR supports sales personnel to research solutions, respond to customer requests and identify leads for selling opportunities.
- Reports To: Operations Lead
- Position Level:
- Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Classification: Non-exempt (Overtime available)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Location: 4250 South 38th Street, Suites 100-110, Phoenix, AZ 85040
- Workforce: Under 25 employees
- Compensation: Based on experience, knowledge, ability
- Hourly Range: $21.00 - $25.00
- Provides exceptional, knowledgeable Customer Service and technical support.
- Assists the sales and operations team.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety procedures.
- Research, learn, and maintain product information.
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Ability to write, read business correspondence, English language.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations.
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, apply basic algebra and geometry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
- Construction industry and/or building material products knowledge/experience highly desired.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish and English, highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and practices (Infor SX.E) welcomed.
