We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Newbern, TN !
What You Will Do
• Communicate customer requirements to all management.
• Check customer portals for tickets/disputes daily.
• Maintain part Accums in CMS.
• Communicate with Customers.
• Assist with RMAs
• Enter parts/materials in the IMDS system.
• Support Engineering by getting new parts set up in the CMS system to the Customer Master/Locations with sales order.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• One year experience in related field
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain high standards of attendance and performance
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends as required by business necessity
• Pre-employment screening and testing required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and sit.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors/outdoors as needed.
