Job Duties:

• Conduct friendly and professional inbound and outbound phone calls
• Inform consumers of their current account status
• Assist consumers in finding the best financial solutions
• Provide accurate record of consumer calls through account documentation

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to pass a background check - clear of felonies and/or charges involving theft
• Ability to pass an Indiana Tax check - cannot have delinquent tax debt

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
