Wash U Carwash is a locally owned Express Exterior Car wash who values hard work, professionalism, and an optimistic attitude. The right person for our Team will be outgoing, process driven, fast paced, and enjoy working as a team to accomplish goals.
WashU Customer Service Attendants are responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring the efficient operation of the car wash facility. They assist customers with their car washing needs, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive at the car wash facility, answer their questions, and provide information about available services and pricing options.
Process Payments: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, or mobile payments, and provide customers with receipts. Maintain a secure and organized cash handling process.
Guide Vehicles: Direct customers on how to position their vehicles correctly on the conveyor or within self-service bays to ensure a safe and effective wash.
Operate Equipment: Operate car wash equipment, such as conveyor systems, self-service wash bays, and vacuum cleaners, as needed. Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning correctly.
Monitor Wash Process: Keep an eye on the car washing process to ensure that it proceeds smoothly and address any issues promptly.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the car wash area, equipment, and customer vacuum lot areas clean and organized. Remove debris and empty trash bins regularly.
Promote Upselling: Inform customers about additional services, upgrades, or loyalty programs that can enhance their car washing experience and encourage repeat business.
Handle Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and seek resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety procedures, including wearing appropriate protective gear, and ensure customers are following safety guidelines while using the carwash.
Benefits:

-Part Time/Full Time positions available 25-40 hours per week.
-Hourly: Starting at $14/HR and earn up to $22.00 per hour with bonus incentives.
