Customer Service Attendant - Car Wash Berwyn $14-$20/Hr

A Wash U Customer Service Attendant is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided at the Car Wash. The job typically involves interacting with customers, handling cash and credit card transactions, and performing various tasks related to cleaning and maintenance of vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive at the Car Wash and assist with the selection of services.
• Provide customers with pricing information and answer any questions they may have.
• Process payments for Car Wash services using cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.
• Operate Car Wash equipment, including power washers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools.
• Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and dried according to the customer's specifications.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the appropriate manager.
• Keep the Car Wash facility clean and well-maintained, including washing floors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell additional Car Wash services to customers as appropriate.
