Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.

Education:
High School Diploma is required
2 to 3 years Customer Service experience required - but more experience is preferred
4 year college degree preferred
Languages:
English( Speak, Read, Write )
Skills:
" Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Outlook will be used heavily so this experience is important
" Excellent and confident phone presentation and communication skills
" Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
" Collaborative mind set and understanding of how to collaborate with other internal departments
" Multitasking, self-starting individual with a NOW attitude
" Flexible work schedule preferred
" Willing to assist other sales admin segments as needed
Previous experience in supporting sales for 2-3 years strongly preferred
Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
