Responsibilities:
- Client facing sales
- Answering phones, booking client appointments, and cashiering.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Confident to sell high-end merchandise within the boutique while handling tattoo service customers.
Qualifications:
- Must have Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Skilled in strategic planning, time management, and self-propelled.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Face-to-face sales experience
- Ability to respond to a high volume of customers.
- Meet all sales goals. Sales commissions are available!
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
