Customer Service Associate

J&J is looking for an outgoing Customer Service Associate to add to our team! Our office is extremely fast-paced so the ability to multi-task is a must. Multi-line phone system familiarity is greatly desired as phones and emails are a constant form of contact for customers throughout the day. We are looking for someone well spoken, friendly and comfortable on the phone since they will be the initial representation of J&J to new customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred. Training in our custom computer software provided as well. In addition to Customer Service, other daily tasks include data entry and other projects assigned via management. Excellent benefits offered as well! Interested in joining our team??

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
