Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:

The "Customer Service Associate" delivers world-class service to all customers by processing & shipping packages, operating registers and general office print equipment, packaging and sorting mail.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate:

• Is a good communicator with previous work experience (retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred)
• Has a friendly and helpful demeanor and a professional appearance
• Is a fast learner and a team-worker who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the listed responsibilities in the shortest possible time
• Has computer and internet skills
• Is able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and occasionally lift 40+ pounds
• Is proactive, reliable and dependable with a keen sense of responsibility

Education: High School Diploma or Technical College preferred

Open Hours: M-F: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, : Sat: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Split into flexible morning, evening or overlap shifts)

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
