Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
- Equine Veterinary Front Desk Customer Service Associate will greet clients in person and answer the phone in a friendly and warm way with enthusiasm to listen to needs, and solve problems. Some are as simple as booking appointments in the company software to more complicated issues and answering equine veterinary questions.

The daily tasks of the Customer Service Associate will; Provide exceptional Customer Service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- schedule veterinary service appointments to maximize the daily schedule.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
