You will be working with customers over the phone and through email, processing orders, invoicing, coordinating shipping and handling and other Customer Service functions which also includes, confirming proper manufacturing and receipt of the product, sourcing and tracking product orders to provide accurate updates to our customers on timeframes and delivery dates, responding attentively to incoming customer requests and inquiries and assisting in other office projects such as filing.
Customer service will be monitoring inventory levels and working with production team for stock on materials and availability of products to be shipped.
