Customer Service Associate

Robert Half is assisting an insurance client in the recruiting for a Customer Service Associate for their firm. You will play a crucial role in supporting the firms producers and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of clients. This position involves providing top-notch Customer Service, managing client relationships, and assisting in the administration of property and casualty insurance policies. You will collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

1. Policy Administration:

• Assist clients in the application, renewal, and modification of property and casualty insurance policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to facilitate seamless policy administration.

1. Customer Service:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of policy terms, coverage, and claims processes.
• Handle and resolve client complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

1. Documentation and Record-keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's systems.
• Prepare and distribute policy documents, endorsements, and related correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

• 2+ years minimum of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and processes.
• Property & Casualty (P& C) License required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
