Customer Service Associate

Job Brief
First point of contact for customers' call center. Responsible for resolving customers' issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Communicate with all external service providers, vendors, and carriers to support Preferred Depot business outmost service level.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication "scripts” when handling different topics and/or clients.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Utilize knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or troubleshoot problems.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Data processing and entry.
• Sales operation and order to cash.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Computer oriented.
• Multitasking.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Logistics experience is a plus.
