Job Brief
First point of contact for customers' call center. Responsible for resolving customers' issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Communicate with all external service providers, vendors, and carriers to support Preferred Depot business outmost service level.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts” when handling different topics and/or clients.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Utilize knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or troubleshoot problems.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Data processing and entry.
- Sales operation and order to cash.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Computer oriented.
- Multitasking.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
