We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.

- Self-starter, creative thinker, problemProvide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadline
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends related to the company's products or services
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
