- Make multiple calls per day to assigned customers to inquire as to potential new business.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers assuring superior Customer Service levels are met and exceeded.
- Document all information gained from speaking with customers within ALI database to properly enter orders into the ALI ERP System. .
- Maintain focus in order to meet performance goals.
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
