Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Providing excellent Customer Service to our clients
*Preparing and processing paperwork
*Opening and maintaining client accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
*Processing client transactions
*Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
*Assisting with other operational tasks as needed
*Answering incoming calls
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
* Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
*3+ years of experience Customer Service
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business software applications
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 12pm-5pm and Friday 12pm-4pm
Work Location: In Person
