Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
