Responsibilities:
- Primary Contact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries related to insurance negotiations and credentialing for dentists and dental offices.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients utilizing the FFS Profits in-house membership plan software.
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing client queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Guidance and Support:
- Assist dentists in navigating the insurance negotiation and credentialing process, offering guidance and support to ensure seamless interactions with insurance providers.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all communication and transactions.
- Guidance and Training:
- Guide dentists through the setup process for membership plans, providing hands-on assistance and training as needed.
- Technical Support:
- Offer technical support to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in implementing and utilizing the membership plan software.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of the software and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the software.
- Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate efficient resolution of client issues and optimize the overall client experience
- Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and support to successfully integrate the membership plan software into their practice.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the dental industry, membership plan trends, and software updates to better assist and advise clients.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance negotiations and credentialing processes is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
