What would you do as a member of our eam?
- Respond to inbound client requests.
- Record those requests and announce them to the team.
- Execute tasks following a predefined procedure (no technical skill required!).
- Schedule internal and external resources for client projects and requests.
- Assist with onboarding new clients.
- Provide feedback to the team, which is essential to improving our processes and procedures.
- Engage in team discussions to drive improvement and innovation.
As a member of our team you will spend approximately 30% of your time handling requests from clients and the remaining 70% will be spent executing tasks. Some examples of the tasks you will execute:
- Routine checks of managed systems
- Perform requested data updates
- Create new accounts and update existing accounts
This is an in-person position, working from our headquarters in Lincoln’s historic Haymarket District. All team members receive parking at the company's expense.
Successful team members have:
- A passion for small businesses in our community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience
This is an entry-level position with our team, reporting directly to our Founder. The role is essential to ensuring our client’s needs are met. A formal two-day orientation and training course is provided to all new team members. This course will introduce you to the why, how, and what of your contribution to our team. We believe in giving you the resources and support you need to be successful.
