Our warehouse operations are crucial to our success, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, and packing of furnishing orders and storage of furnishing. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Marketing Administrator to support our Customer Service and marketing efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our brand message is effectively communicated.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing departments as a Customer Service specialist. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
2. Assist in the execution of marketing efforts to promote our home furnishings to designers of high-end homes, seniors, and retirement communities.
3. Coordinate with the designers to ensure furnishing orders are fullfilled correctly.
4. Manage customers, respond to inquiries, and promote our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
6. Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information for targeted marketing efforts and personalized communication.
7. Assist in organizing marketing opperations.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
