The Customer Service Admin serves as a customer greeter in our Stone Shop. They will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, transferring calls and working with the stone shop Customer Service dept so it is important to have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers as they enter the Stone Shop
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve a proper level of help by the CSR
- Manage inbound and outbound emails & phone calls
- Transfer calls to the appropriate party
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent customer support
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize tasks/projects
- Work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
