Job Description
Mosquito Joe of Gulf Coast Alabama is looking for an individual to join our team. Someone with a background working in a fast paced environment providing Customer Service, sales, high end retail or restaurant experience typically does well in this role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- During peak season working in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking and attention to detail. During non-peak season work consists of project work and preparing for upcoming season.
- Actively work on following up on leads and generating new customer sales through providing a quote over the phone, email or text.
- Customer relations - following up on questions, new pest inquiries, account management - rearranging schedule, assist with routing, etc.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Answers and route telephone calls
- Conveys information orally and in writing; answering inquiries from customers; directs customers to appropriate resources
- Enters, edits and retrieves data in pest control software
- General errands for office as needed
Work Mon - Fri. at Daphne office.
Rotating weekends (does not require to be at office, but available to check messages and follow up with techs in field for approximately 2-4 hours on weekend during peak season.
