Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to premium comfort footwear
- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, including assisting with product selection and order placement
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of our current promotions, products, and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, as required
- Work second shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
