We’re looking for a Customer Service representative who can help our customers with any of their needs, know product knowledge, and have a smile while doing it! As a Customer Service representative your main duties are keeping our customers happy.
Duties:
- Assist with any questions customers may have
- Teach customers how to use product
- Become the customers friend
- Provide customers with complete understanding of products
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
