Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers by providing support in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and promote sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information in our database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless Customer Service experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling products or services to customers.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling.
