Supervising the Front-End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance). Customer Service provides Customer Service and cash handling in a retail store environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer satisfaction
- Process refunds and voids.
- Pick-up process.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Run and distribute daily reports.
- Process rain checks.
- Adhere to item refund policy.
- Maintain and manage customer flow.
- Available to support cashiers.
- Understand and enforce all procedures.
- Responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies.
- Handling coupons.
- Understand and use proper LP dept codes and policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years Customer Service and retail experience desirable;
- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.
