Customer Service Representative
DUTIES:
-respond to customer inquiries with efficiency and timeliness
-process orders
-communicate company rates and updates
-delegate customer inquiries to the appropriate person or team, when applicable
-experience working with customers
-have basic computer knowledge to access customer information
MUST HAVE:
-strong communication skills
-ability to make decisions on the spot
-friendly demeanor
-patience and composure when dealing with angry customers
-attention to detail
-flexibility in the face of change
-desire to learn, and learn quickly
-ability to multitask
-bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred not required
